Made in a classic Marlborough style, our Sauvignon Blanc combines the best of both sub-regions. Initially, the cool climate Awatere aromas jump out of the can, displaying lime, lemongrass, and fresh herbs. In contrast, the warmer Wairau Valley vineyards produce heady aromatics reminiscent of grapefruit and tropical fruit flavours.

Once at optimal ripeness, grapes are harvested and gently pressed. Clear juice is fermented at cool temperatures using select yeast strains to promote bright aromas and crisp flavour. Individual components are precisely blended before finishing, ready to can in its youth to capture freshness.
